For community, charity and volunteer organisers. Up to 3 events per year.

Need more events than your plan includes? We charge a small per-event fee beyond your allowance — never a hard stop, always shown before you publish. (Community is the one exception: it's a fixed 3 events a year, with no overage.)
Platform fee is deducted automatically from stall and ticket payments through Stripe — nothing else to invoice or track.
Pricing questions
- What counts as an event?
- One published event page. Drafts are free and unlimited — you're only counted the first time an event goes live, and your allowance resets on 1 January.
- What happens if I run more events than my plan includes?
- Nothing stops. On Starter, Pro and Scale you can publish as many events as you like: each one beyond your included allowance adds a small per-event fee (£8, £6 and £5 respectively), and we show you the exact cost before you confirm publishing. On Community, the 3 events a year is a fixed limit — you'd move up a plan instead.
- How is the overage fee collected?
- It's charged to the card on your Buntico subscription, separately from your ticket and stall income. It never touches your own Stripe payouts.
- What's the platform fee?
- A small percentage of each stall or ticket payment, taken automatically at checkout through Stripe: 3% on Community, 1.5% on Starter, 0.75% on Pro and 0.5% on Scale. Money still lands in your own Stripe account — there's nothing to invoice or reconcile.
